Residential Interior Fit-Out – Adhara Star

Located in the vibrant community of Arjan, Dubai, Adhara Star by Acube Developments is a contemporary residential tower where Acube Industries executed a complete residential interior fit-out. From custom-designed kitchens and wardrobes to vanity counters, internal doors, and detailed woodwork, the project reflects our end-to-end expertise in delivering high-quality, scalable interiors tailored for urban apartment living.

Custom Joinery & Wardrobes

All wardrobe systems were custom-built at our joinery facility using moisture-resistant MDF with melamine-faced carcasses, soft-close hardware, and sensor-integrated LED lighting. Sliding and hinged configurations were tailored to each unit type—studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments—ensuring spatial optimization and visual consistency.

Handle profiles in aluminum, edge banding in ABS, and matte PU finishes ensure durability and long-term visual integrity.

Modular Kitchens

Each apartment was fitted with a modular kitchen system, manufactured with HPL-faced cabinets, acrylic or thermofoil shutters, and quartz countertops cut with CNC precision. Units included pre-integrated appliance housings, concealed drawer runners, and moisture-blocking base linings for long-term performance. Backsplashes were finished in high-gloss panels or ceramic tile, depending on unit classification.

Doors, Frames & Hardware

Over 700 interior doors were manufactured in-house, utilizing engineered core slabs with MDF overlays, laminated in wood veneer or finished in matte PU. Architraves, skirting, and frames were machine-cut and hand-finished, with concealed joinery systems for a seamless look.

All door sets were pre-fitted with branded hinges, magnetic locks, and soft-close latches—offering a consistent and quiet user experience across the development.

Bathroom Vanities & Built-In Furniture

Custom bathroom vanities were built using water-resistant boards, stainless-steel support frames, and quartz tops. Integrated under-sink storage and backlit mirrors were manufactured to match each layout.

Additional fit-outs include TV walls, bedside paneling, and niche shelving crafted in veneered MDF with fluted detailing and PU lacquer—adding functional and decorative value to living and bedroom spaces.

Interior Finishing & Installation

• Materials Used: HPL, moisture-resistant MDF, acrylic, American walnut veneer, PU paint, quartz stone

• Finishing Systems: UV lacquer, multi-layer PU coating, ABS edge banding, concealed fasteners

• Joinery Integration: Coordinated with on-site MEP, civil, and ceiling teams for flush-fitted, aligned installations

• Execution Timeline: Delivered in line with phased construction and DLD-compliant handover milestones
