Located in Onyx Tower 1 on Sheikh Zayed Road, this high-profile commercial office fit-out in Dubai reflects Acube Industries’ end-to-end capabilities in delivering branded, premium-grade interior spaces. The project, which includes Acube Developments’ headquarters and client sales center, was fully executed in-house—from concept execution and joinery to furniture production and final finishes.
Sales Lounge & Reception
The space opens with a biophilic-inspired reception, where a CNC-milled canopy in marine-grade birch plywood serves as a sculptural centerpiece. Suspended planters and programmable LED track lighting are integrated into powder-coated grid structures, delivering both aesthetic value and functional lighting control.
The central bar counter features hand-fabricated 3D ceramic cladding with a brushed gold trim. Paired with stainless-steel high stools and oak display shelving, this area doubles as a hospitality and consultation zone—crafted to reflect both luxury and purpose.
Executive Boardroom
The boardroom includes a custom conference table with a chamfered-edge engineered marble slab and fluted pedestal base. Acoustic MDF wall slats in a PU matte finish reduce echo, while integrated LED lighting and veneered ceiling slats add visual depth and executive formality. Joinery is executed using concealed fastener techniques for a seamless finish.
Client Lounge & Consultation Rooms
Frameless tempered glass partitions enclose lounge areas featuring plush seating in bouclé, chenille, and velvet upholstery. Custom armchairs combine acrylic frames and kiln-dried hardwood cores, blending comfort with elegance.
Surrounding walls are lined with PU-coated grooved MDF panels, subtly backlit to create warmth and layered texture. Flooring transitions to high-pile commercial carpeting, installed over anti-static underlay for acoustic control and comfort.
