Acube Industries

Positioned in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, Electra by Acube Developments is a next-generation smart residential tower designed to elevate the experience of modern urban living. As the appointed interior fit-out partner, Acube Industries is delivering a comprehensive package across every unit type, ensuring exceptional quality, future-ready detailing, and seamless integration with Electra’s smart living ecosystem.

The fit-out scope includes over 1,100 doors, 278 kitchen systems, 278 wardrobes, and a curated array of custom-built interior components—each crafted with precision and integrated into the overall design strategy from the earliest development stages.

Tailored Joinery Solutions

Custom joinery across all apartment types is being delivered using a blend of high-density MDF, textured laminates, and acrylic-faced surfaces, tailored to complement Electra’s minimalist architectural language.

Built-in wardrobes incorporate modular storage configurations, motion-activated LED lighting, and brushed aluminum profiles. Elements are precision-fabricated off-site for optimal consistency and fast-track installation once shell & core readiness allows.

Smart-Ready Kitchen Systems

Kitchens in Electra are engineered as modular systems, designed for longevity, flexibility, and modern aesthetics. Each kitchen is specified with quartz countertops, anti-bacterial cabinet interiors, and soft-close mechanisms.

Upper and lower units are pre-cut to accommodate integrated appliances, while tall storage units include adjustable racking and concealed wiring access—ensuring compatibility with Electra’s smart infrastructure.

Interior Doors & Architectural Hardware

More than 1,100 engineered timber doors are being fabricated in-house using PU-coated MDF overlays and solid-core internal structures. All door sets are pre-equipped with magnetic locks, soft-close hinges, and drop seals—optimizing sound insulation and user comfort.

Each frame and architrave is crafted to architectural spec, allowing flush wall alignment and minimal joint visibility during final installation.

Built-In Furniture & Custom Detailing

Electra’s residential interiors incorporate a wide range of built-in features—such as floating vanities, TV consoles, and compact study units—designed to maximize floor area while complementing the tower’s contemporary palette.

Materials include low-sheen PU finishes, anti-fingerprint laminates, and integrated technology channels. Built-ins are designed to accept LED lighting and IoT-compatible components, supporting the building’s smart-living agenda.

Surface Finishes & Detailing

All surfaces receive advanced treatment processes including PU lacquer application, UV-protected sealing, and sealed ABS edge banding. Surface uniformity and longevity remain top priorities, with special focus on maintaining finish integrity across a range of lighting conditions.

Smart Integration & Planning

Acube Industries’ fit-out strategy includes detailed coordination with Electra’s smart control systems. Joinery and fixed furniture are being engineered with pre-routed cable conduits, device-ready compartments, and mounting zones for future tech upgrades—all part of an integrated delivery roadmap.

Phased Delivery & Execution

Fit-out execution is progressing in tandem with construction milestones, with components fabricated and prepped for seamless on-site integration as units reach readiness. This phased approach ensures consistent quality while aligning with JVC regulatory compliance and Acube’s own technical standards.

This project showcases Acube Industries’ ability to deliver smart-ready residential fit-outs in Dubai, combining craftsmanship with innovation to support lifestyle-centric developments like Electra. With every detail engineered for flexibility, comfort, and longevity, Electra is shaping into a new benchmark for future-proof living environments.
